Twin Rivers is nestled between the banks of Gamble Creek and the Manatee River and encompasses approximately 1800 acres of farmland, pastures, oak hammocks and wetlands. Hundreds of acres will be left undisturbed, and hundreds of acres are designated as recreation and open areas. Twin Rivers features very large, private home sites creating beautiful backyards. The community also features great recreation areas, including playgrounds, a soccer field, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a picnic pavilion, hiking trails, boardwalks, and a private boat ramp that provides direct access to the Manatee River for canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and boating.
