Q:  DOES MEDALLION HOME CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ITEMS INCLUDING PERMITS, IMPACT FEES, FILL DIRT, UTILITY HOOK-UPS, ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION LOAN INTEREST, INSURANCE, ETC ON OUR NEW HOME?

A:  No. The sales price of a Medallion Home is all-inclusive subject to change orders and design center purchases.  Additionally, the sales price is locked in and doesn't adjust even if Medallion's costs increase.

Q:  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MEDALLION HOME TO BUILD OUR NEW HOME?

A:  Medallion Home offers several programs that address various potential timing issues through flexible delivery for its customers.  The Quick Move-In Program permits customers to select already built, but never occupied new homes in which they can move within a thirty (30) day period.  The Quick Build Program can permit the Medallion customer 4-6 months to move in.  This is because the Quick Build Program includes either homes that are currently under construction, or home sites where Medallion has already pulled the appropriate permits to begin construction.  Finally, the more traditional To Be Built Program involves the customer from home site selection all the way through closing and takes anywhere from 8-14 months.
