Q:  WHAT IS MEDALLION HOME'S STANDARD WARRANTY PACKAGE THAT COMES WITH MY NEW HOME?

A:  Our standard Warranty is a 1-2-10.  This translates into a One Year "Bumper-to-Bumper" Warranty on everything in the home.  There is a Two Year Warranty on all mechanical items.  And there is a Ten Year Warranty on all structural items.  It should be noted that this exceeds industry standards in the markets in which we build.

Q:  WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PROCEDURE AT MEDALLION HOME?

A:  We like to keep things pretty simple.  Our customer simply completes a written Warranty Request Form, available below, and submits via fax to (941) 359-9300 Attn:  Warranty Service.  From there we have in-place procedures to get the item attended to and then follow-up with our customer to verify that everything was resolved appropriately.
