Medallion Home caters to its customers at all times in every market. Medallion currently offers flexibility and multiple opportunities for its customers to own brand new homes realizing both the quality and value of the Medallion product.
· The Quick Move-In Program offers 30 day availabilities for already built, but never occupied new homes.
· The Quick Build Program permits many customers to move into a brand new home in 4-6 months. This Program is available on homes that are currently under construction or home sites where Medallion has already been issued the appropriate permits.
· Finally, there is the more traditional To Be Built Program. This is the customary build process where the customer is involved in the process from home site selection all the way through the finishes and closing.
