The Design Center
This is where things get exciting. After you've signed your contract, the process moves to Medallion Home's Design Center in Sarasota. You'll work one-on-one with experienced design consultants who help guide you through every selection, starting with exterior color palettes and roof styles, then moving room by room through cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and finishes. Come inspired: bring photos, fabric swatches, magazine pages, anything that helps communicate your style. The consultants are there to translate your vision into a cohesive, beautifully finished home.
